​PJ Weinstein (aka Bonbon Spirit) (All the Pronouns)

​As someone who feels their lifeforce was saved by conscious movement and dance, PJ Weinstein is passionate about bringing people together for events and serving the dance community. PJ is the founder of Corvallis Fusion Dance (as well as Ecstatic Dance Corvallis). Bonbon Spirit has DJ'd for 700+ dance events since 2010, and has produced over thirty Dance Immersion retreats at Breitenbush Hot Springs and Harbin Hot Springs.

Ally Yancey (They/She)
​❧ Fusion and Somatics Instructor
❧ Based in Portland
allyyancey.com Ally is a body geek and a movement addict. They’ve been dancing since they could walk, but discovered the world of partner dancing first in 2004 (and essentially never stopped). Blues, Lindy Hop, Tango, Fusion, West Coast Swing, contemporary, hip hop, house, aerial silks, pole dance, and a growing body of many other modalities are all in their wheelhouse. Throughout their exploration and training in each style, their love of the creative act of fusing grew. They have taught Fusion for 15 years, bringing their unique understanding of the body mechanics of movement to major events and local venues around the world.
In addition to their dance teaching experience, Ally has also completed a 5-year teacher training program in Contemporary Alexander Technique—a somatic study of ease, coordination, movement, and presence. This additional education not only deepens the dance material they teach, but expands their pedagogy and love of the art of teaching itself. 
Antje Martina Schaefer (They/Them)
​❧  Fusion and Somatics Instructor 
❧ Based in Portland
Antje Schaefer is a movement facilitator, community space curator, artist and somatic guide who creates experiences for people to activate their senses and unfurl in embodied, relational play. They have been teaching partnered dance/movement and shaping liberatory spaces that contribute to cultures of resilience and connection for over a decade. They started their fusion dance teaching journey as the co-founder of Cocréa, a mindful fusion partner dance modality centered in connection, which they’ve continued to iterate toward greater depth, relationality and accessibility. Alongside teaching and hosting local fusion partner dances Nectar Fusion and QueerBeat, they facilitate mind-body agility practice for embodied resilience and relational intimacy. Their teaching is rooted in deep body awareness, inclusivity and embodied liberation.
Daniel Bullard-Bates (They/Them)

❧ Based in Portland
Daniel plays sets that shift and transform, with plenty of variety in rhythm, style, and emotion. They love the process of watching a dance floor and figuring out what would be just right for this moment and these dancers. They live, DJ, and run tabletop roleplaying games in Portland, Oregon, and they’ve had the pleasure of playing for dances and events in Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, New Orleans, Buenos Aires, and a few wilderness locations.

Grey Armstrong (He/Him)
​❧ Fusion Instructor
❧ Based in Portland
Determined to figure out what others loved about music he didn’t understand, Grey spent many nights of his teen years listening to an old boombox radio and exploring satellite radio music stations on the tv when he should have been sleeping. As an instructor, he strives to explore expression, melding of styles and principles, and always embodying the music. Quirky and approachable his classes teaches via Black pedagogy to empower students to be challenge themselves both as dancers and people.
Lovey (It/They) aka Lil Quakes

Lovey (It/They) aka DJ Lil Quakes plays music that switches it up from the traditional fusion sound. They pull songs from different genres to caress your ears and cascade down your body to experience a melty, gooey, and connective dance. Their love of dance and music from around the world runs deep in Lovey’s bloodline from dancers, singers, jazz musicians, and more. For Lovey, music and dance are its grounding force, connection to their ancestors, a channel for expression and part of their magic practice. They’re so excited to share the dance floor with you. 
Phaedra Lew (They/Them)

❧ Based in Seattle
Phaedra Lew made their DJ debut at The Dance Thing, has DJd in Seattle scene many times, loves a house party vibe, and is ready to bring some good R&B vibes. With a style that's a mix of smooth, groovy beats, and bumpin' tunes, you're guaranteed to shimmy 'n shake on the dance floor!

​Rémy Baheux (They/Them)

A lifelong dancer and foodie, Rémy (Seattle, they/them) continues to love the art of the party. Finding the vibe and creating a tasty energy that excites dancers to move and be inspired. ✨️ Spinning tunes coast-to-coast they've found so much joy in the exploration of music and then fusion. Music that'll make you feel, music that will make you shake! Booty werkin' to oooey gooey. They are excited to share the goodies they've curated and take you on a delectable audio journey. ✨️

​Tony Sciscio (He/Him)
​❧ DJ
❧ Based in Seattle
Tony brings music that provides comfort and play for partnered and solo’d dances, but also encourages more cyphers/jams and provides more space for creatures and clowns to come out. He tends to aim for variety and sometimes hits themes, but in every set you can almost always expect moments for solidarity, familiarity, collaborative play, and throwdowns.
